These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and krapht studio ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of krapht Phoenix, krapht live launcher, krapht Idioms, krapht Stopwatch, krapht Finescale, krapht Loop, and all associated mobile software applications.
All custom UI geometries, tactile feedback timings, proprietary visualizer shaders, editorial layout algorithms, logos, and digital assets are the intellectual property of UTOlabs and krapht studio.
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to install and use our software on authorized Android devices. Decompilation, unauthorized reverse engineering, or redistributing altered package binaries without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
We continuously refine our software to deliver optimum responsiveness, zero garbage collection pauses, and screen continuity across Samsung Galaxy Z Fold foldable displays and Android tablets. We reserve the right to modify, optimize, or update features to maintain compatibility with new Android OS releases.
Our software is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain rigorous unit test suites and native memory leak assertions, krapht studio disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted operation on non-standard Android vendor forks. Bug reports and stability improvements are prioritized and released promptly.
